Just a few snaps

So...we (my freind and I) had this walk in the park. I planned a pretty nice photo session, as there wer these really high flowers, that I thought would look cool on pics. Apparently, what looks cool in person, doesn't have to be so interesting in a pic. Well, maybe if I had better lens... But still, it didn't turn the way I planned. Though I did get some nice shots. Here are my fave. Pics are SOOC and at times the light was pretty bad, so I realize the quality's not well. Besides, it was supposed to rain and Kasia (the model) was affaraid of the storm (not everybody likes thunders),they announced on tv. It did rain. A tiny bit. 5 hours later. No storm, just rain. Oh well, we still have, at least 2 months of nice weather. Which means opportunity for some nice shot :-)

A family shoot

A few weeks ago, I got to do a family shoot. Well, kind of-it's a mother-son shoot. The weather was pretty nice, thought it was a bit too sunny, so, at moments, it was pretty hard to get the best shot. Especially since I didn't have "full equipment". But, since the atmosphere was very friendly and I had another willingly posing model, the shoot turned pretty well, I think. I didn't edit the pics much. Mostly just adding contrast, etc. I know I could do more to make the photos look better, but I'm still just learning. Also, I've noticed, that recently, when I see nice pics, I wonder how much ediitng was there involved and that's not good. Photoshop should just add an extra something to a photo and it shouldn't "completely" change it. I hope, that even without the "little extra" the pics aren't so bad;-)

First photoshoot

Recently I had my first photoshoot. My model was very active and cooperative:-) I think, by looking at the pics, you can tell she loves posing ;-)  We had  quite a lot of fun, I took a whole lot of pics, so I had so many photos to choose from...It was hard to choose just a few to post here. There's a macro of Ania's (the model) eye, where you can actually see the photographer (well, sort of), I guess I could call it an anonymous self portrait, lol. Oh, just a reminder-I know some of the pics are grainy and a tiny bit blurry. Blame the cam, lol. And seriously, I'm still learning, so I realize I make mistakes (bad exposure, angle, etc), but you know what they say-you have to keep on practice to improve your skills.

Getting Started

Hi! Welcome to my photo blog:-) As it's stated in my profile, I love taking pics and so I've decided to share my passion with other people, that love, or simply enjoy watching photos. Recently I've taken a whole lot of pics, that I plan to post very soon. Today I'm posting just 4 pics, as other ones need a little "fixing" (these 4 are SOOC snaps). I love macro photography, but, since I don't have the right "equipment", I have to be happy with all the possiblilities my camera gives me at the moment. So, yes, I do realize the pics are a bit blurry, etc. But it's as good, as I could get it.
