The last warm days

As it's getting colder, I'm posting some pics taken in mid Sept. It's always nice to look at som egreen trees, etc, while you see more and more yellowish leaves here and there. This shoot took place partially in the playground (hey, who said only kids can have fun?;-) and partially just in the park. My model got to play a bit (on the swing and the "spider", or whatever the thing's called), thought the light there wasn't the best, plus a bit too much things in the background. Sure I could edit it out, but why bother with that if you could just take a pic from a different angle?;-) Even though the lighting there wasn't that bad, I know some pics are a bit blurry. And I know there's to much cut off...I'm still learning.

Summer Time...

This summer I didn't really managed to have as many photo sessions, as I wanted. So, I've decided o post more pics from my last shoot. The photos were taken at the beginning of summer (hence you won't see a single yellow leaf;-). I'm looking forward to Autumn (all the colors are gonna look great in photos ;-), but it's def sad to realize, that summer's "fading". 3 warm months are waay too short period of time. Especially, as it's so uncomperably shorter, than autumn or winter. And so that's what's so cool (well, obviously, that's just one of many other reasons) about photography. You can capture an interesting/beautiful moment and be able to see it again whenever you want:-)

This was pretty spontanious. You can tell we had fun ;-)

Yippie, it's summer!

Kinda sentimental

Today I'm positng a few pics, that, in a way, turned better, than expected. Not like I'm saying they're great (sure, they're not hq;-), but a couple of recent shots was taken in an insane Sun (not positng those), so I was pretty glad to see the result of this one. This time the light wasn't too bad (though, still, a few photos is overexposed...), yet I got some blurry shots. And, obviously, must've noticed it after transffering the pics onto pc. A bit a bummer, as I really like some of them and if only they were sharp (er). Oh well, I guess next time I will have to check each pic right after it's taken. Or maybe I didn't check the settings...Either way, I've got more to practice/focus on.

There's something both-mysterious and sweet about the pic. It seems to me, as if Kasia was looking out of a window of some tiny fairy shack.

Interesting Location

A while ago I decided to go to a differnet location, than usually-a different scenery. Though I had no idea how different it'd be... I mean, I checked out the place's web site and there were just a few pics of some ruins, etc covered with grass and flowers. Looked nice to me. But once I got there... There was so much to photograph! Usually, I have to think of the best spot to place my model, but this time I felt like a kid in a candy/toy (pick your choice, lol) store. The ruins looked so cool. Too bad my camera couldn't show it...Then again, I take pic of people, not "buildings", so I wouldn't take photos of the place only. And as for the pics-they're edited just a tiny bit-I've added a bit of contrast and lightened them. It was nice there, but at some spots, sort of dark, too, and so with my tiny lamp, it wasn't this easy. Besides, I dont't like using flash, as I'm much more into natural light. Either way, my model and I had a lot of fun:-)
